Demolition of Kraft Field in Grand Forks is officially underway.
The Grand Forks Park District has scheduled a complete re-do of the facility at a cost of over $2 million dollars. Funding for the project will be a combination of state ARPA dollars…a Garrison Diversion grant… Blue Line Club money…and naming rights to the Oxford Sport Complex.
The project includes: 220 permanent chair back seats…a press box…roof canopy…safety netting…concessions…restrooms…storage… player dressing area…cages…and a viewing platform.
Park Board members approved the project bids in April.
