The Grand Forks Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying a suspect involved in a series of indecent exposure incidents.
Authorities are investigating three separate cases where witnesses report the man will slowly drive by and thrust his hips upward to expose his genitals. The suspect appears to be targeting juveniles.
The individual is described as being a white male….40 years of age…driving a dark grey pickup or a red/maroon mid-sized SUV.
The incidents have occurred south of Demers Avenue…North of 17th Avenue South…and between Cherry Street and South 20th Street.
Anyone with I formation is urged to contact the GFPD.
