A juvenile male is hospitalized in serious condition after being burned by gasoline while filling an ATV in Plummer (MN).
The Red Lake County Sheriff’s Department says the accident occurred Sunday at the Red Lake Falls Ag Store. Authorities say the victim was sitting on the running ATV at the pump when the fumes ignited engulfing him in flames.
Authorities say the juvenile was taken to the Sanford E-R in Thief River Falls (MN) with severe burns to his lower extremities – and later to the Hennepin County Burn Center.
