Minot Police have released the name of the victim in a Friday night assault as 57-year old Albert Granger.
Casey Vollmer has been charged with AA felony murder in connection with the case. Authorities say Granger was found outside a Minot motel with serious injuries. He was transported to Trinity Hospital – here he later died.
Vollmer appeared in court on Tuesday. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 30th.
