A fire caused severe damage to a Grand Forks mobile home this (Mon) morning.
The Grand Forks Fire Department says, around 10:50 AM, firefighters were dispatched to 372 Circle East Drive for a mobile home with smoke coming out of windows and doors.
Crews entered the home and quickly extinguished the fire, but the residence sustained severe smoke and fire damage.
The cause of the fire has been ruled accidental.
The resident of the home was displaced, while a dog died as a result of the fire.

The Grand Forks Fire Department responded with 17 personel, including five engines, a ladder truck, and a command vehicle. Other emergency services responding included Grand Forks Police Department and Altru Ambulance
