Moorhead Police say a woman allegedly killed by her son last week died of “multiple sharp force injuries.”
Police released preliminary autopsy results today (Mon) for 56-year-old Receia Kollie of Moorhead. Her death last Thursday has been confirmed as a homicide.
Her son, 29-year-old James Kollie Jr. was arrested Friday in Wahpeton. He faces a second-degree murder charge in Minnesota’s Clay County.
Police are still looking for his mother’s vehicle, a 2016 black Honda Pilot with Minnesota plates H-F-E 1-8-5.
Police also want to talk to anyone who may have seen Kollie Jr. between Nov. 29th and Dec. 2nd.
