Two motorcyclists were killed in separate accidents Saturday in southeast North Dakota.

On the 3500 block of Westrac Drive, Burt lost control of the cycle, which struck a curb, throwing him off the cycle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Then shortly after 2:00 PM, a two-vehicle accident in Wyndmere killed 53-year-old Troy Greene of Breckenridge at the intersection of state highways 13 and 18.

An eastbound SUV slowed and made a left turn in front of the westbound motorcycle.

The front right corner of the SUV struck the front of the cycle. Green was thrown from the cycle, landing on the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Neither cyclist was wearing a helmet.
