A Mandan man has been charged in the murder of a Bismarck man, whose body was found in a car outside of an apartment building Oct. 4th.
Police say 39 year old Christopher Sebastian was murdered in his vehicle.
27 year old Benjamin Williams was identified as a “person of interest.” Williams was taken into custody the next day – Oct. 5th – allegedly under the influence of drugs, violating his parole.
Bismarck police say after interviewing Williams and others, and tracking down leads, crucial evidence was recovered, and he is now at the North Dakota State Penitentiary, after being formally charged with Sebastian’s murder.
