A Grand Forks man will dedicate a time capsule that he built west of the city on Highway 2 on Sunday. Roland Riemers hopes the Athena Time Vault will stand the test of time until it is opened in the year 3001. Riemers says the monument includes 700 pounds of material – including 40 years of National Geographic Magazines…letters….and DVD’s. The ceremony is set for 2:00 p.m.
