A man wanted for attempted murder and terrorizing in connection with a gunshot fired into a vehicle in Bismarck last week has been arrested.
38 year old James Vann was taken into custody without incident in shortly after 7:30 Sunday night. Bismarck Police Department and US Marshals, along with the assistance of Mandan Police and the North Dakota Highway Patrol located Vann at a residence in Mandan. He was booked into the Burleigh County Detention Center.
Vann was convicted in 2017 of four counts of terrorizing. He was accused of brandishing a gun and threatening to kill his girlfriend and police. Additional charges are pending.
