A total of 95 homes…condos…and townhomes were sold in Grand Forks and East Grand Forks last month.
According to the Grand Forks Area Association of Realtors that compares to 146 for the same month a year ago and 89 in 2020.
The average sales price in June was $303,865.
The numbers do not reflect private home sales.
Mortgage buyer Freddie Mac reports the 30-year rate fell to 5.30% last week from 5.70% the previous week. One year ago the average 30-year loan was 2.90%.
