EF-0 tornadoes – the lowest on the scale — were confirmed in the Larimore area in Grand Forks County…with winds up to 80 miles an hour…
another in Cavalier County around Milton with 75 mile an hour winds…
and two more in Nelson County in the Pekin and McVille areas with peak winds around 75 miles an hour.
An EF-2 tornado with a 31-mile path was confirmed in Becker and Menagha Counties with winds reaching 115 miles an hour…damaging power poles, property and trees.
Also, an EF-1 tornado was confirmed in Naytawaush in Mahnomen County, with 105 mile-an-hour winds…causing damage to property and trees.
