The North Dakota Patrol has identified a driver who died after crashing an SUV into a flooded drainage ditch in Fargo on Saturday. Authorities say 31-year old Robert Wagner Jr. ran off the road (7th Avenue North) around 9:30 a.m. It appears the vehicle struck a pole…traveled down the ditch embankment…vaulted over a concrete drainage ditch before striking the other side. The ditch was full of water. Wagner was not wearing a seatbelt.
