The Sheriff’s Office in Montana’s Richland County has confirmed the identity of remains found earlier this month as those of 26-year-old Katelynn Berry.
Berry was last seen on Dec. 21 and reported missing 10 days later.
The remains were found near Berry’s apartment in Sidney (MT) during a search on Jan. 20.
Berry is the daughter of Grand Forks County Assistant State’s Attorney Carmell Mattison.
Funeral services for Berry were held this (Fri) afternoon in Sidney.
