A man whose car was struck by several bullets at Keelboat Park told Bismarck police the shooter or shooters tried to kill him in retaliation because he no longer wanted to be part of their gang. One of the suspects, 19-year-old Deanthony Claiborne, of Bismarck, was arrested Thursday. Authorities are still looking for a second suspect, who is believed to be out of state. Claiborne is charged with attempted murder, terrorizing and reckless endangerment, court documents show. An attorney isn’t listed for him. Police found several bullet holes in the man’s car. Nobody was hurt in the incident.
