Fargo-based Forum Communications is buying two additional TV stations, including Fox affiliate KVRR in Fargo.
The other station is KQDS, the Fox affiliate in Duluth (MN). Both stations are owned by Red River Broadcast Group.
If the deal is approved, it would leave the Fargo TV market with two commercial ownership groups.
Forum Communications currently owns TV stations and newspapers in Fargo and Grand Forks, along with other newspapers in the Dakotas, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
