Bruce Gjovig, the former CEO of UND’s Center for Innovation, is in an intensive care unit with COVID-19.
According to a Caringbridge site created on Monday, Gjovig is in an induced coma, and breathing with the help of a ventilator.
A social media post on Saturday said Gjovig was at Altru with COVID and double pneumonia.
Gjovig is also an author and has been involved with the Grand Forks Air Force Base and the Dakota Export Council.
