A 19 year old man is recovering from a gunshot wound at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Department responded to an area near Hwy 2 and 380th Ave Sw for a report of a hunter with a gunshot wound around 10:30 this morning (Saturday). First responders arrived on scene and located the victim identified as Bryce Brannan. The PCSO says Brannan was transported by Crookston Area Ambulance to Altru Grand Forks for non-life threatening injuries.
The Minnesota DNR will be investigating the incident. No other information will be released at this time.
