Fargo Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a Sunday-morning report of shots fired in the downtown area.
Twenty-four-year-old Alexis Araiza of Fargo was arrested for Terrorizing and Felony Reckless Endangerment… after an investigation that included a review of surveillance video and interviews with witnesses.
Detectives were able to establish that Araiza was not targeting any individuals, but was acting out of reckless disregard.
Police responded to the report around 2:00 AM Sunday. A shelter-in-place order was in effect for several hours.
