Two Argyle (MN) men were arrested by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office after one fired a shot toward the other.
Authorities say Francisco Arce called the Sheriff’s Office late Sunday, saying Reynaldo Martinez tried to enter his property in Argyle.
Arce currently has a restraining order against Martinez.
The Sheriff’s office says Arce admitted firing a shot from a handgun at the ground toward Martinez. The shot did not hit him.
Arce was arrested for second degree assault. Bond was set at $10,000.
Martinez was arrested for violating a harassment order…and released the next day.
