A 52-year-old Grand Forks man has been charged with two felonies after an alleged child abduction.
Robert John Burr was charged today (Fri) with kidnapping and felonious restraint after his Thursday afternoon arrest.
Shortly before 4:30 PM Thursday, police were sent to the 900 block of Belmont Road.
Police say the suspect forced a juvenile female into his vehicle and drove off.
The girl was found unharmed a short distance away.
The victim, and some friends who saw the incident, gave police a description of the suspect and his vehicle.
Police say Burr was located … and arrested without incident.
