(KNOX) – The Cass County Sheriff’s office arrested a 60-year-old man in connection to an incident in which a woman was found with life threatening injuries in rural south Fargo.
Deputies responded on Tuesday at 4:45pm to 112th Avenue South and County Road 81 in Wild Rice. The woman was treated at the scene before she was transported to a Fargo hospital.
Tracy Peters of Rapid City, South Dakota was arrested Wednesday afternoon at an apartment complex in South Fargo. He faces attempted murder charges.
The Cass County Sheriff’s office is investigating the incident, and Cass County Sheriff Jesse Jahner is asking the public who are in that area to look at their surveillance cameras.
