(KNOX) – Fargo Police have located and arrested a 30-year-old man suspected of shooting a gun that hit a building in north Fargo.
Connor Averson’s vehicle was located in a ditch and he was arrested by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
Investigators found multiple shell casings and bullet marks that hit a nearby building related to the incident. The shooting happened Tuesday at around 4am on the 1100 block of 19th Avenue North.
Averson was arrested on felony charges for Criminal Mischief and Reckless Endangerment. No one was hurt in the shooting.
