(KNOX/KFGO) –The City of Minot says that none of the 19 train cars that derailed Wednesday morning had any hazardous materials.
The incident happened at 3:30am and no injuries have been reported. The 19 train cars went off the tracks near 2nd Ave NW closing an underpass.
A HAZMAT team responded to a gas leak and a damaged gas line. BNSF workers are clearing the rail cars and making repairs.
