(KNOX) –The Langdon volunteer fire department will receive a $10,000 donation from the State Farm Good Neighbor Firefighter Safety Program.
Langdon’s fire department is one of 150 across the country to receive the funding. The purpose of the program is to help local fire departments buy equipment.
The grants can be used to buy items like personal protective equipment, EMS and rescue tools, and communication devices.
