(KNOX/KFGO/KVRR) – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office says no one was hurt when a train hit a utility trailer in Euclid Wednesday morning.
The Sheriff’s Office says they received the report at 10:45. Deputies say the driver of the vehicle pulling the trailer did not suffer any injuries in the crash, and they declined medical care.
The train was headed south on the tracks near the intersection of U.S. Highway 75 and 133rd St SW when it struck and damaged the trailer. The train was not damaged and the operators were not injured.
