(KNOX/KFYR) –A 35-year-old Bismarck man pleaded not guilty after being accused of planning a late-night break-in at a local Applebee’s. Evan Darden is facing a charge of conspiracy to commit burglary.

Investigators say surveillance footage from January shows Darden and another suspect working together to unlock a side door at the restaurant. Eric Prosser is the other suspect and he also pleaded not guilty.

They are also charged with an armed robbery that allegedly happened at the Last Call Bar in Mandan in March. They both go to trial for that case on September 23.
