(KNOX) – The active situation at 515 First Avenue South in Grand Forks involves a man who is suicidal. Grand Forks Police Department Lieutenant Travis Benson says the man has a weapon and is threating to shoot anyone who goes near him.
Roughly 25 officers that included SWAT team members and Crisis Negotiations team members were sent to the location, and law enforcement used a flash bang device at the apartment complex.
