(KNOX) – The water is flowing in Emerado and the outskirts of Arvilla once again, but a no-usage order remains.
The Grand Forks County Department of Health and the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality needs to confirm, through testing, that backfill did not put contaminants or biological issues into the water system.
The water is safe for flushing only. Bottled water is available at the Emerado Fire Hall.
