(KNOX) – A Grand Forks man has been arrested, accused of assaulting a woman.
Tyler Hammond has been charged with two counts of terrorizing, three counts of domestic violence, as well as felonious restraint and sexual assault charges.
Hammond’s alleged victim says he bound both of her hands behind her back, removed her pants, then punched her in the face and placed a belt around her neck to strangle her.
The event took place April 27th, according to the victim.
