(KNOX) – U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem was in Grand Forks this week and talked about the importance of border security with local leaders.
According to the Department of Homeland Security the tour was part of an effort to visit two borders in one day.
Noem was also governor of South Dakota.
