(KNOX) – A detached garage suffered significant damage at in Sullivan Township, near East Grand Forks Sunday.
Due to blizzard conditions it took the East Grand Forks Fire Department longer than normal to arrive on scene.
Fire crews found a 20×40 detached garage with heavy smoke coming from the eaves.
An aggressive fire attack was conducted, the fire was reported under control within 15 minutes of arrival.
The East Grand Forks Fire Department was assisted on scene by Altru Ambulance and the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
