(KNOX) – Grand Forks Police said that the deceased man who was found on the Greenway in Grand Forks was Brandon Ruth, 34, of Grand Forks.
The investigation is still on-going, but there is not believed to be any threat to the public.
The exact cause of death is still unknown, pending medication examination.
