(KNOX) – Crookston City Council unanimously approved the 2026 property tax levy.
The levy will increase by eight percent which provides enough funds to funds for the 2026 budget.
The eight percent increase will cost a homeowner in the City of Crookston that has a house valued at $150,000 will pay $35 more in property taxes in 2026.
A homeowner who has a house valued at $250,000 will pay $69 more in property taxes in the City of Crookston in 2026.
