(KNOX) – A Grand Forks man pleaded not guilty to three drug charges that came about after he was allegedly caught selling fentanyl in East Grand Forks.
According to court records charges were filed against Jacob Boushee, 34, in January of this year.
He was scheduled to appear in court the following month but allegedly failed to do so.
A warrant was issued for arrest and he was apprehended in September.
