(KNOX) – Legal records said that a Crookston man was granted a stayed sentence this week for second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Rodrigo Flores, 30, will serve no prison time as long as he successfully completes seven years of supervised probation. Flores pleaded guilty to the felony charge in June. He was reported in December of last year and charged in February.

Conditions of his probation include no contact with the victim, no possession of sexually explicit materials and no contact with minor females. Flores must also follow the recommendations made as a result of his psychosexual evaluation, attend a sex offender program and register as a predatory offender.

If he fails to follow the guidelines of his probation, Flores could serve his three-year prison term, minus the 113 days he already spent in jail.
