(KNOX) – After a thrilling 3-2 win over Fargo Oak Grove, the top seed in the Region 1A tournament, in a state qualifier, the Thompson Tommies will make their 20th trip to the state tournament this week.
Thompson is seeded fifth, and will face #4 seed Valley City in the opening round Thursday night at 7:00 PM.
South Prairie-Max received the top seed in the tournament. May-Port-C-G, the Region 2A champion, is the second seed. Central Cass is third.
