(KNOX) – Gov. Kelly Armstrong and First Lady Kjersti Armstrong will carry on a long-standing tradition by welcoming Halloween trick-or-treaters to the Governor’s Residence on Friday, Oct. 31.
Children and accompanying adults are invited to come to the east entrance of the Governor’s Residence between 4 and 6 p.m.
Parking is available in the Capitol mall loop.
The residence is located in the southwest corner of the Capitol grounds, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck.
