(KNOX) – According to court records a Grand Forks man is facing felony terrorizing charges after police say he threatened to kill a woman in recorded phone calls.
Grand Forks police responded to a location for a terrorizing complaint. The records said the victim had recorded phone calls with the suspect, Marquis King, in which King stated that he was going to “come kill her.”
King also allegedly stated that he was going to kill everyone around the victim.
Officers arrested King in the 1300 block of University Avenue.
King told police that he was just having an argument with the victim and denied any threats being made.
