
(KNOX) – Red River will host an important early Eastern Dakota Conference matchup in volleyball tonight, hosting Fargo North.
Both teams are 1-2 in conference play this season, with both teams defeated Grand Forks Central for their lone league win. North took a 3-2 loss to Fargo Shanley, while Red River fell 3-2 to Fargo South.
North is led by Audrey Rydell with 94 kills. Anna Halverson adds 92, with three additional players over 20 kills this season.
The Roughriders are paced by Lizzy Kunz, with 79 kills and 14 blocks. Karsyn Grube adds 67 kills.
The match will be broadcast on KNOX Live Sports tonight, with pregame coverage scheduled for 6:30 PM.
