
(KNOX) – Sacred Heart added another notch to their fantastic volleyball season with a title at the WHA Tournament over the weekend.
The Eagles won six matches in the two-of-three format. The wins were dominant, with Eagles opponents reaching 20 points in a set just once of 12 sets played. Sacred Heart won matches with Blackduck, Warroad, Park Rapids, Lake Park-Audubon, and Fertile-Beltrami.
Lexi Lawrence knocked down 38 kills for the weekend, and Lydia Riskey had 37. Finley Horken had 86 assists for the weekend.
Sacred Heart is now 10-1. They face Red Lake County Central on the road Tuesday.
