(KNOX) – A woman from Grafton is facing multiple charges in Fargo after police allegedly witnessed her lighting up a meth pipe and then fighting with police during her arrest.
Court records indicate that three Fargo police officers were on patrol when they came upon Amanda Obergon lighting a pipe.
She concealed the pipe when they addressed her. Obergon was directed to hand over the pipe, stand up, and place her hands behind her back, to which she verbally and physically refused.
According to the records officers forced Obergon to stand to get handcuffs on her, but she continued to scream and fight against them.
She is facing two counts of possession and preventing arrest.
