(KNOX) – A Grand Forks man has pleaded not guilty to two felony charges as the result that he allegedly raped a 12-year-old girl.
18 year-old Jayden Perales has been charged with two counts of Class AA felony gross sexual imposition by forcing a sexual act.
The alleged acts occurred in June of last year
That’s when Perales was 17 years old.
His case was brought to adult criminal court this year.
