Grand Forks Police Make Arrests in Murder

(KNOX) – Charges have been filed in Grand Forks County in the death of Anthony Kiehl.

According to the Grand Forks Police Department Donald Bartlette, 45, of Grand Forks is facing a charge of murder. And Nicholas Wride-Arnold, 35, of Grand Forks is facing a charge of conspiracy to commit murder.

The Grand Forks Police Department responded to a residence on Cherry Street Thursday night. When they arrived on scene they found an unresponsive man who later died at the hospital.

Police identified the man as Anthony Kiehl, 49, of Grand Forks. Kiehl had suffered injuries that led investigators to believe that homicide was involved.

The investigation is ongoing and active. At this time the incident does not appear to be a random act, and police do not believe there is any danger to the public.
