(KNOX) – The Voter Participation Center and Center for Voter Information informed the Minnesota Secretary of State’s office they would be mailing out absentee applications to some voters… so residents may be receiving an absentee application that was not requested.Voters can choose to utilize the application, or it can be disregarded if they would like to vote on Election Day… or if they had already completed an absentee application.
