(KNOX) – Crews will be closing 27th Avenue North from North Washington Street to North 32nd Street, starting on Thursday, September 19.
Crews will begin installing the sanitary sewer along 27th Avenue North.
The closure is expected to be in place until the end of October, weather permitting.
