(AP) – A FARGO MAN HAS BEEN ARRESTED FOR MURDER IN THE DEATH OF A WOMAN IN MOORHEAD. POLICE SAY 18-YEAR-OLD ISAAC ARNDT WAS ARRESTED IN FARGO AND TAKEN TO THE CASS COUNTY JAIL. THE CLAY COUNTY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE WILL BE ASKED TO FILE HOMICIDE CHARGES AGAINST ARNDT, WHO MUST BE RETURNED TO MOORHEAD TO FACE THE CHARGES. POLICE SAY ARNDT AND THE VICTIM WERE KNOWN TO ONE ANOTHER. THE NAME OF THE VICTIM HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED. THE WOMAN’S BODY WAS FOUND EARLY THIS (TUES.) MORNING ALONG THE RIVER
