(KNOX) – and Forks Police have apprehended the suspected thief of an electric scooter who allegedly wielded a bolt cutter as a weapon.
Ronald Vondal-Nelson of Grand Forks was identified by a Grand Forks officer who requested back up Thursday at Orton’s Gas Station on South Washington.
Vondal-Nelson reportedly fled on foot, but surrendered in back of Skip’s Budget Drug.
Vondal-Nelson is being held in the Grand Forks Correctional Center. He’s charged with robbery, preventing arrest, refusal to halt, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
