(KNOX) – The Third Street Northwest railroad crossing in East Grand Forks will be closed to traffic on Monday as work progresses on the Quiet Zone project.
A section of Second Street Northwest will also be closed as a part of this project.
Once the Central Avenue crossing opens back up to traffic, a portion of Hill Street will be closed.
