(KNOX) – A 61-year-old Belcourt, North Dakota man was hurt when a semi turned over Thursday morning before 9am near East Grand Forks.
The Minnesota State Patrol is reporting the semi was coming from State Highway 220 and was turning onto Polk County Road 19 when it rolled and landed on its side.
William Larocque was wearing a seat belt and he suffered minor injuries. He was treated at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.
